The website is built on software supplied by Flux, but Flux does not run this platform and cannot help with an account, a load, or a redemption — everything below reaches us. Staffed support runs Monday to Saturday, 9 AM – 12 AM ET; the site itself — purchases, transfers, and games — runs around the clock.

What to include
Give us the email your account uses, and the reference or approximate time of the purchase or redemption in question. With those two we can usually answer in one reply instead of three.
