1. General Terms & Disclaimers

• 1.1You must agree to ALL the rules before an account will be set up.
• 1.2This is not a gambling site. This group is for fun and entertainment purposes only.
• 1.3All play is at your own risk and as such we are NOT responsible for, or honor any game malfunctions, technical errors or service disruptions.
• 1.4No refunds will be issued for loss of funds, malfunctions, or user error.

2. Hours of Operation

• 2.1Manual side Monday–Saturday 9 am – 12 am EST. Automated side is 24 hours.
• 2.2Holiday hours may vary with updates posted in the group.

3. New Accounts

• 3.1All new members must read and agree to the rules and conditions.
• 3.2To set up an account, message us on Telegram @LuckyLadies2621 or from our Facebook page at Lucky Ladies Lounge.
• 3.3ALL NEW ACCOUNTS WILL REQUIRE DRIVERS LICENSE VERIFICATION PRIOR TO OBTAINING AN ACCOUNT. This verification helps protect the player and the group along with aiding in quicker cash outs.
• 3.4All players will need to set up a loading chat, this is where you will message for loads or any questions or help you may have or need.

4. Loading Funds

• 4.1We currently accept Apex, Tierlock, and Taparcadia.
• 4.2Message your loading chat to receive the link you would like to use to load.
• 4.3There is a $25.00 minimum load amount.
• 4.4Loading fees will be reimbursed to the players account upon load.
• 4.5Please be patient as loaders may be multitasking and assisting other players.

5. Cash Outs / Redeems

• 5.1Players must log out before loading or redeeming.
• 5.2On platforms that separate winnings from entry balance, only winnings may be cashed out.
• 5.3We highly recommend moving winnings into entries in small increments as to protect your funds.
• 5.4Players will be responsible for the cash out fee. Fee will be deducted from the total cash out amount.

Minimum & Daily Maximum

Minimum redeem is $100. Your daily maximum is set by your last load amount and applies per rolling 24-hour period.

6. Free Play, Bonuses & Promotional Credits

• 6.1Free play (FP) and promotional credits (PC) have NO cash value.
• 6.2All FP and PC must be played in full before requesting a cash out.
• 6.3FP balances may not be combined with other FP balances.
• 6.4Unless approved by management, multiple promotions cannot be stacked or used together.
• 6.5Abuse of promotional offers may result in loss of eligibility for future promotions.
• 6.5FP & Promotional credits include but are not limited to: bingos, slot pools, referral bonuses, initial load bonuses, & any giveaways that reward credits.
• 6.6NEW PLAYER LOAD BONUSES are as follows.

• 6.7Referral Bonus: get a $20 REFERRAL BONUS if your referral makes an account AND loads $50 or more.
• 6.8Birthday Bonuses: player MUST present a valid DRIVERS LICENSE or STATE I.D. Player MUST have deposited within the last fourteen (14) days. ALL FREE PLAY RULES APPLY. Cannot be stacked with other promos unless otherwise stated. ABUSE, MULTIPLE ACCOUNTS, or FALSIFYING D.O.B. WILL RESULT IN REMOVAL of ELIGIBILITY.
